Kumaran is a Partner and Practising Solicitor in the firm’s specialist Financial Services Litigation and Professional Negligence Litigation teams.
After schooling in London, he went on to read PPE at Oxford University and trained at a leading Legal 500 firm before joining the firm as a Litigation Solicitor in October 2012.
He acts for numerous clients in high value litigation against banks and other major financial services institutions. He is managing multi-million pound claims relating to the actions of bank business support units such as RBS GRG, LIBOR manipulation by major banks, and professional negligence by lawyers, as well as other High Court and Court of Appeal litigation.
