After gaining experience in various fields of law including corporate employment law and media law in a Legal 500 specialist firm, Sophia joined LEXLAW in March 2017 and trained with the firm.

Sophia works closely with a range of clients including high net-worth individuals and SMEs and assists senior fee earners of the firm in managing clients’ complex, high-value multi million pound financial services litigation, tax disputes and investigations, commercial and company matters and costs and detailed assessment proceedings.

Sophia has achieved optimal results for clients in a range of insolvency cases including successfully defending winding-up petitions and obtaining costs awards for the company on an indemnity basis. She regularly advocates for individuals and companies in the County Court in debt claims and bankruptcy matters. She hopes to pursue a Higher Rights of Audience qualification.

Sophia prides herself on building relationships with a range of clients using her commercial awareness to support them in their legal matters. Sophia also works closely with other members of the firm to promote corporate social responsibility within the firm.
